Where: Quaker Steak and Lube near Lowes Motor Speedway and Concord Mills (link and more directions below)

When: 10:30am on Saturday October 23

What: We'll get there 1/2 hour before they open and secure part of the parking lot. They've got a nice patio that we can hang out in and have some lunch and beverages. Possibly do a Lexus cruise in the area after lunch and maybe snap some pics at LMS. My detail guy may come by as well and give us some professional tips and tricks.

I've spoken with the assistant manager at QS&L and we're all approved for the meet.

Thanks Stevie - that would be quite a trip for you, especially for a short informal meet like this one. I'm just excited that we've got some momentum on this one (finally). Most Charlotte-based meets are small and end up with 3 - 5 folks. The 2005 east coaster IS going to be big

That stinks Steve. If something changes, hope you can join us (if not, next time). We have two or three IS's coming down from the Raliegh area.

Forecast says mostly cloudy, more than the earlier prediction (so it'll be a little colder @ 60 degrees) still low chance of precip (20 %) for today.

Great meeting everyone, wish the weather were a little warmer but the turnout for the first Charlotte meet in a while was GREAT. Thanks for coming, gives me hope that we can do some bigger meets in the SE NC area. After I counted (hope I didn't miss anyone) we had 21 cars turn out, 17 Lexus!
