Move 6disc Changer To Front (from Trunk)

Will I be able to move the 6 disc changer to the front of my car? The front glove box ( on the passenger side is to house the changer right?) I would like to move the changer because i may be putting in subs with a custom enclosure on the sides, and just for easier access to it.
