PKny
I have a 2007 GX470, approximately 85K miles. Recently, the ride is extremely bouncy. I feel like I am sitting in a bouncy house with kids jumping all around me. I thought I might have accidentally changed the height adjustment or something like that, but everything looks normal to me. Any advice/suggestion would be most appreciated. Thanks, so much. RX400h
Usually, a bouncy ride indicates worn out shock absorbers.
08GX Girl
I had the same problem- had to have the rear shocks replaced. Be aware that depending on which year you have, you might need to purchase directly from dealer parts. We tried aftermarket and they don't have the correct electrical connection, which made the repair about $500 more.
daisyduke
Have the shocks and struts checked out. Thats usually what a bouncy ride indicates.
