92 Lexus Cd Changer

I purchased a 92 Lexus SC 400. The CD changer gets an error when ever the cartridge reads a CD. I put a lens CD cleaner and it still didn't work. Does anybody know how to fix this problem. If not where can I get another CD changer that is compatible. The dealer wants $350 for a refurbished one. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
