Car Still Won't Start

I have an 1996 ES300 and two weeks ago it stopped on me! I drove it to the bowling alley and when I came out later that night it would no longer start just click! Well I have a little skill with cars but I am still not to familiar with this one. I tried the battery first and got no where, then checked the fuses. My alt fuse was blown my a100 and so I replaced it. Now it tries to start and won't quite fire up! I also checked my other fuses and found that my efi 15 fuse was blown, but that didn't seem to change anything about the way it tried to start. everything sounds the same way that it did when it used to start except for it just doesn't quite make it. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also I forgot the ac won't work now radio won't come on everything else worked fine. I checked all thee fuses in the car and all are fine but the dome light.

Do you have a 96 ES 300?

As your profile says LS300 ?

Their are more fuses under the dash as well as inside the engien bay.

Sounds like you had a major short.

the fuel pump relay is probably gone or its fuse.
