Just finished replacing the antenna mast on my es300. It was pretty simple and easy until I found out that half of the white cable was broken inside the motor. Had to take the motor apart. But not bad, took about 30-45 minutes of work and the antenna now works great.

I did a search on this site, lots of great info on this topic. I was able to purchase a OEM mast for $19.95 including shipping BRAND NEW!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the help guys.

I noticed you searched and it is appreciated when a person like me spends hours a day to give free info it is a welcome site to feel it is appreciated enough to be found rather than someone wanting it handed to them.

glad you got it fixed

Searching sure helps.... You get lots of unwanted hits but its free help and one has to devote the time. Thanks again,
