94 Es300 Tailight Indicator Question

OK - I give up. I have inspected and replaced almost every bulb in my rear tailight assemblies to "clear" the tailight lamp indicator light out on my 94 ES300 Instrument panel.

Each time I replace the bulbs, the indicator light stays out for s few miles, but, invariably comes back on. I have inspected all of the lamps with the lights and brakes on, and the appear to look good. Any suggestions? Any chance that there exosts a short in one of my wiring harnesses? Thanks!

yo need to be able to troubleshoot the wiring with a meter. that tests for leakage
