Taking Out Cd Changer?

I have a 96 es 300, it has a 6 disc changer, i'd like to take it out. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how the best way to do this was.

Also, if i can't do that, i'd like to find the rca port in the changer so i can hook my mp3 player to it, any advice would be helpful.

you wont be able to get the mp3 player to work

just pull back the carpet and you will see the bolts for it

Ok so i see the bolts and what not in the back, how would i go about putting in a head unit in the front, cd player...mp3 hook up on head unit..what not
