Ok so i see the bolts and what not in the back, how would i go about putting in a head unit in the front, cd player...mp3 hook up on head unit..what not

I have a 96 es 300, it has a 6 disc changer, i'd like to take it out. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how the best way to do this was. Also, if i can't do that, i'd like to find the rca port in the changer so i can hook my mp3 player to it, any advice would be helpful. Colin Waters
