Rx330 04 Nav Question

Since December my nav has been working very well. I attempted to travel from NY to Atlantic City NJ, the NAV insisted on taking me though rural country roads. Everytime I would stay on the Garden State PKWY, it would try to route me off. I did not see any options for rural vs highway. I tried quick, short, no po's. Happend as I got close to home too. Usually it guides me very well.

Any clue why all of a sudden this would happen?

You sure it wasn't directed off interstates or toll roads?

I see an option for toll roads, which was on. I did not set that, perhaps a glitch.

I do not see any setting for off road/ freeway. Where would that option be?

Set a destination then go to menu, edit route to Route Preferences. In the route preferences you should have a list of types of roads you can allow or detour, Interstates is the top one, toll roads is under that. If its set to detour from interstates it would always try to get you off of whatever highway you're on.
