I just bought a '95 SC400 but it didn't come with a user manual. How do I set the seat memory function for two different drivers? I've been trying various procedures but nothing seems to work.

Thanks.

Not sure if your switches are the same as the 94LS400.

The 94LS has 2 buttons on the door (#1, #2). Adjust your seat to the desired position, then hold in #1 til you hear a confirmation beep. do the same thing for #2..hope this helps.

Thanks ... your response was very helpful. There's a SET button along with L1 and L2 buttons. The ignition has to be on and with your help I was able to figure out that I need to hold down the SET button while pressing either the L1 or L2 buttons until I hear a beep.

My wife is happy now!!

Thanks again.

Register your purchase with the national Lexus database. I got a set of owner manual for FREE. they explain this seat stuff and much more of course.

The registration is also required to get keys made easily. Check Sewell for key prices.

Right on. There ya go. Thanks red rocket. I've never used that feature. I just set the stuff manually and go. Maybe I'll try that sometime. :blushing:

RedRocket,

Thanks for the information ... it sure would be nice to have an owner's manual.
