2000 Lexus GS400 Troublecode P0763

My 2000 Lexus GS400 has a trouble code P0763. 

According to what I can find it's a Solenoid "C" failure in the automatic transmission. 

What is the correct part number for this solenoid -- Shift Solenoid #3: 35230-30010 ? -- and where is this solenoid located within the transmission?

A picture or drawing of the location would be appreciated.
