Need help identifying (I believe) vac hoses

Hello everyone. I recently picked up a 2000 LS400. Smoothest and nicest ride I've had in some time.

Had to fortune of changing the valve cover gaskets, nasty oil leak going on. Upon re-assembly I noticed, or created, a crack in 2 different hoses. 1 plugs into the intake manifold, the other plugs into an extension that goes over the manifold.

I'm struggling to find part numbers, and/or what these hoses are called. Can any help me out or have any leads? The seal seems to be holding, but I know its probably just a matter of time before I need to change them.
