My LX 470 is due any day now, and I have a question: As I understand it, you are able to speak with your cell phone without having to hold on to it, but does your cell phone have to be bluetooth compatible for this one function (I am not interested in the calendar stuff). Perry

My brand new LX 470 should be here next week--very excited!! Traded my 2002 Sequoia for it--wanted more reninement and luxury. Has anyone taken their LX off road?? What were your experiences??

Does this vibration begin when the car is brand new, or is it occuring after a certain period of time???

What is the latest with your auto getting fixed or any word on what the solution is?? Two dealers here say they have never heard of the problem.

I was all set to purchase a Lexus GX 470 after seeing one at an autoshow, which would have replaced my Sequoia. However, after doing further research on this vibration thing, I have changed my mind. Several posts in this and other forums have noted that Lexus has admitted to this problem, and is currently looking for a fix. Now that Lexus has admitted to it, there really must be a problem here, and that has convinced me that spending $$$ for this would be a mistake. I hope if anyone hears that there is finally a fix for this problem, they will post it here.
