  1. This is a well known problem. The issue is the connection from the negative terminal of the battery to the chassis. The connection is right behind the battery. Remove the 10mm bolt and clean the connections. I used a dremmel which worked very well and problem imediately disappeared. Make sure you clean the area on the chassis where the cable washers make contact.
  2. Remove the altenator and get to them from the front. That should get her done
  3. Hey guys , Just wanted to see if this problem has been resolved. I am having the same issue. Did you replace the Throttle sensor? Seems to only happen when engine gets hot. IE using the air conditioning on a hot day.
  4. New to the land of SC's, recently purchased a 92 SC400 with 100k and have all of the classic issues IE lower control arms, ect. but there is a problem that I could use some expertise. Car runs great until I crank up the A/C. Car seems to run fine for awhile but then she starts surging even on the highway. Turn off the A/C and it stops surging. Car had 100k trip through a Lexus dealership and a tuneup was performed. I just changed the fuel filter as well to no avail. Anybody run into this....Thanks
  5. I have PM'ed you concerning the head unit if you still have it...Thanks
