i don't think they make any pre-fab stuff for the rx...i've checked out some shops and everyone had to custom fabricate. i'm curious to see how this turns out for you, tho! good luck and post flicks ;)

there's quite a few options for just springs - eibach is what i use personally but tte, trd, toms all make springs as well...tein makes coilovers but they're kinda pricey. i've got my ride height lowered by 1.2" and the stance is better and the look is subtle...

on a 2000 rx300, anybody know how to remove that panel so i can get to the light?

my rx300 was my first car (that i bought for myself, that is). i did quite a bit of research for cars in my price range (ahh, the dot com boom days) and the rx was the top choice, hands down. i expect to own it for quite some time so it's reliability and comfort were big factors. i was "downsized" 3 years ago but thanks to my large initial down pmnt my monthly pmnts were still manageable till i got another job ("you want fries with that?" j/k). just make sure you can afford it but it's a great choice...

you might need spacers if they're the wrong offset...i'm not a big fan of using spacers, tho...

you're gonna need to figure out what offset they are...i don't think there's a real easy way to figure that out unless they told you what offset the are, tho...you should just take off one wheel in back and just see if they fit on there...i got some 20's on my rx and they sit on 245/40/20 tires...i don't remember what my offset was in back (+32 mebbe)...hope that helps... Go to http://www.tirerack.com/ and find out what fits your car. Then find out what the Momo's are. ← I dont see anything on momo magnums... it only gives me 7 rims to choose from and they are only 18 inch tops... can someone do a little more research for me please. ←

very creative! i've seen a bunch of jdm harriers that have relocated to oem screen to either the glove box or center console...i haven't ever heard of anybody being able to hack the system to display on an aftermarket screen, tho... Everything works the same. Nothing has change expept the location of the factory screen. Radio, cd changer, cassette player all works normally. NO alteration of the dash or anything. My plan for the factory screen in the glove box is to replace it with smaller screen(if i ever find an adapter to fit)and hopefully install it somewhere outside the glove. :) What are your audio plans for your Lexus? ←

it exhists but it's not worth it for you to seek it out...i took mine out and it looks like it's just a tiny 4" sub and the added bass is negligible...you might as well just get some real subs...

i don't think i've ever seen a cat back exhaust for the rx...only b-backs...i'm running a sheep dog exhaust personally

i live about 2 miles from the lexus dealership here and their seperate service center is about a block a way from my house so i see all kinds of lexuses. that being said, i still hardly see the coach edition rx or the silversport for that matter

it has 6 speakers and a small, small sub...i have had the high/mid speakers changed out to infinity kappas and added some jl audio 10s out back. there's a factory amp but i don't recall where it was at...i had to have them install a line level converter? that thing where it takes your speaker level outputs and converts it to rcas...it wasn't a lot of work for me, i just paid some shop to do it all...hahaha...hope that helps

on the rx300? we removed the front bumper to reach it...it was a pain.

post your opinions on how the new brakes are workin' out for ya when you get 'em switched! i was considering doing the same thing soon...do you get excessive brake dust with ceramic pads? anybody know of a big brake kit for the rx300?
