Turbo was right, I snapped a cord in my regulator. I paid $179 +tax for a new regulator. Lexus wanted an additional $199 for labor. So I just took it to the Nissan Dealership I work at and got it done free. Also got to take out a 2006 Nissan Altima SE-R for the day. That things a beast, I love those.

Ahhhh well how long would it take to get fixed?

My cars back at home cuz I didnt wanna park it on campus, so im drivin my brothers old car tonight. I didnt check, but do you think that my speaker might be messed up too? If anything is, you think whoeever fixes it can check that stuff in case it is?

I was mad and slammed my door in my 93 GS. The window was all the way up, when I slammed it...it slid down about 5 inches. Then I touched it and it slid down the rest of the way....the motor works fine in it, i can hear it move. But the window itself won't move. What should I do, and how much will it cost me?

Well the place I bought it from said that Lexus, Nissan, etc all underate the K on their lights. So a 4300k is like a 6000 aftermarket kit, I'm not sure I believe him. But I got an 8000k, it's not THAT blue. It looks good I think. I'll get some pictures tomorrow. He said I can get a 6000k kit if I dont like this one.

If i wanna go for the sportier look for my 93 GS, do you guys think the sport design rims from the IS300 would look good on my car? or the GS400 5 spoke rims? and if i got these, should i lower my car like an inch?

I usually put 5W30 oil in my car, but Walmart decided to put 10W30 in it. Is that going to affect my gas mileage? Something is, I filled it up Friday night with gas, I'm at half a tank now. I didn't drive that much this weekend. What should I do?

I've been talking about it for so long, I FINALLY got around to puttin and HID kit on my 93 GS300. I love it, I got a really good kit for $449 installed. My next task is either tinting the windows or helping my sound system out. What would you guys suggest doing next?

What sorts of things can i do to my 93 GS to make it look sporty? I sort of want it to look like an IS300. Any suggestions?

So what exactly am I sticking in the oven, and how do i get that off my car and in the oven? I was just wondering how to change the lightbulb in my right foglight, and get the "lense" of it cleaned so its not foggy and brown. i guess its the same situation as ppl complaining that their headlights are getting condensation inside or fogging up.

My right front fog light is cracked on my 93 GS300. and i had the crack filled. but if it gets wet, you can see water inside of it and thefore the light stopped working and the lense turned brownish now inside. How do i get that thing off so i can clean it and replace that light? i asked lexus about gettin a new cover/lense for it. they wanna make me pay $116.50 for a piece of 4 inch wide glass for a 13 year old car. but yea i just wanna clean that thing real quick, could someone gimme a quick step by step for it?

I was just wondering what you guys would suggest as far as rims for my 93 GS. It's white by the way, but I'm hoping to paint it black sometime. I want 18's on it, nothing TOO big and flashy, and I don't want some cheap chrome looking things. And suppose I do find some nice rims, would you suggest lowering my car any? I've read those posts, but I thought I'd ask anyway, what all should I do as far as lowering it?

I think i might have some of you beat. I got my 93GS300 up to 130, but then i got my moms Jaguar S-Type R up to 143. And my friends 350z up to 155 on the highway. I can't wait til im out in the world making money so i can have some fast cars to call my own.

At about 35-40 and around 1700rpm. my car as you slowly give it some gas. you can hear this sort of wiggly sound like somethings loose underneath the car shakin around. now if i have it in neutral or park and rev it up slowly nothin happens. but if im moving in gear it makes the sound. i just had my tranny flushed,and i want to avoid spending $100 just for the lexus place to say hmmm not sure. lets take it all apart and see for another $500.

How come the 1997 to like 99 or 00 ES300 so cheap? Do they break a lot or something or not have any good options? Because they look pretty nice, but they're just cheap. Why?

Maybe dads think alike, because my dad doesnt want me doing any mods to my car. all i want are HIDs and subs. unless you guys can tell me the perfect combinations of the lil buttons for my stock sound system so that it sounds pretty nice. like where they should be turned to.

Yea that's true, he's paying for all of it. Actually i paid 159 for the parts even though it was for my birthday.
