  1. Check engine mounts and front wheel bearings
  2. Yes all the 400h from 06 to 08 have the 3.3 engine that carried over from the 330 which has the timing belt
  3. I prefer to stay with OEM the KYB provides a little harsher ride than the OEM
  4. In order to remove the headlights the front bumper needs removed if i remember correctly there is 4 bolts that hold the headlight assembly in
  5. I really like the car care nut very smart and yes dont run the fuel tank empty all the time and the filter is part of the pump assembly
  6. That does not sound like an ECU problem that reminds of the battery relay switch and if i was going to guess at it i am going to say it is full or water and corroded they sell a brand new one for about 380 dollars but you need to fix the water issue first
  7. On the 90,000 miles service the majority of things include the timing belt and water pump and all the guides and tensioners idler pulleys fluid change which includes oil coolant breaks transmission rear diff on the timing belt and water pump please make sure they know what there doing the water pump surface must be 100% clean and NO sealant applied the timing must be correct as the engine is an interference engine which means you must get it right the first time there is no second chance
  8. Yes you will need to remove the inner fender liner now there will not be no big access point but you will be able to use a long screw driver to remove the rubber garment as far as making the drain hole bigger there is absolutely no reason for that when the weather warms up a bit here i will go back and take it apart and take pictures of the process so everyone can have a better understanding of the design
  9. It was not the easy way most take but I pulled out the existing line and cut it off and added a plastic barb fitting and crimp clamps to make sure it would not come apart then I had to remove the fender liner to get access to that drain poped it out measured the length of a new line I needed same diameter as factory added another barb fitting and crimped the line side the other side went down in the rubber garment then I pushed it back down into place the job is time-consuming but I am not a fan of drilling holes
  10. Can you get a picture of it if so i can most likely find that part
  11. There is many things that will cause that noise and with out being there to hear it i can not diag if you could get a video of the noise i can prob tell you what is causing it had a person trade a car because no one could find a small metal ball rolling in a seat track i now own that car gave it to a friend as I already owned one
  12. Yes that is a common issue i have completely corrected mine i extended the line and added a fitting so it drains straight though the rubber garment have never had water issue since
  13. That has expired and the only way to replace it now is purchase a new one honestly is not a hard job just takes a lot patience i replaced mine and several others
  14. My best advice is make sure you have a press not a hammer and you use only OEM parts once you start pounding on those new parts or they go in incorrectly there destroyed
