I agree with midwesterner. You're betting $900 that you WILL incur enough damage to exceed the amount you pay for this "warranty". Unless you're overly hard on your vehicle, drive on roads with horrible potholes and other road hazards, park close to other cars who ding your doors, I'd cancel this within the 30 day period. We purchased a new 2015 RX 350 a month ago and of course we were "offered" the extended service plan, with the warnings of how expensive some major components are to fix or replace. We said thanks anyway.

My brother bought a new Honda CRV and had the same problem with the headrests. He bent the metal support rods. He said it was not easy. He had to put it in a vice (careful to protect the metal support rods). It took a lot of effort but he got them bent enough to improve his seating postion. It's obvious that the dealer wants nothing to do with altering the headrests as they are a safety device. As I said in an earlier post above, I find no problem with my new RX 350. The headrest is positioned perfectly. It does not touch my head, does not cause me to lean forward or slouch, but is close enough to do it's job in the event of a rear end collision. Good luck in getting yours adjusted.

Replies on the Club Lexus forum indicate this is a low current draw and is only on for a few minutes, five hours after the vehicle is turn off. A notation of it is on page 23 of the owners manual as was pointed out to me.

I keep my 2015 RX 350 in the garage and last night I noticed a humming or buzzing noise coming from it. I switched the ignition to accessory position and turned it off and the noise stopped. An internet search turned up that it's the gas evaporation leakage check valve and it's a normal operation of the car. My question, is this some sort of pump that is running and causing battery drain?

I've only had my new 2015 RX 350 about a week but have poured over the owners manuals trying to learn all I can about it. I haven't seen an way to have the ODO automatically reset upon filling up the gas tank. I know the Average MPG resets automatically. It will be interesting if someone does know how to set an automatic ODO reset.

After finding no problem with the headrest on my test drive a couple of days ago, I purchased a 2015 RX 350. Very comfortable and no issue with the headrest, and I am aware of what the original poster is talking about. Must be a thing about your physical build and how you adjust the seat.

I drove a new 2015 RX 350 today, and found no problem with the position of the headrest. I'll take delivery on Tuesday.

I've found this to more of a problem on newer cars. We're considering the purchase of a new 2015 RX 350, but if the head rests have this problem as you describe, then no deal. I hope its not an issue.

We also have a 2014 Mustang and a 2007 Mustang before that. Mostly driven by my wife and she considers it "her" car. Over 90% of the newer Mustangs I see are driven by women, even the GT models. Still though I don't consider a Mustang a "woman's car".
