I don't believe they will fit, ask the seller for measurement on the supra side markers to see if they will fit the Sc. I would just do this process. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-400-300/295467-diy-clear-corner-marker-lights.html

All (small) common problems with the Sc model. I have crack vents as well and it's from the wood trim expanding/contracting around the plastic from hot to cold and is not worth replacing, it's involved to replace and will just happen again with new installed vents. This site has a history about all the common problems with the Sc300/400 http://www.intellexual.net/faq.html
Craiglist/ebay ok...The best site would be ClubLexus Classifieds http://www.clublexus.com/forums/lexus-vehicles-classifieds-154/
The only problem is that they have strict rules, need a large number of posts (300to500) and vouchers when selling high priced items on site.

Do not sell the Sc300 for $500 bucks, post on a car site like Auto Trader. A manual/Sc300 with 114,000 miles is rare, you could get offers between $1,000 to $3,000 considering the condition of the car. Post some pictures of the outside/inside of the car. I would like to see the condition of the Sc.

It might not be the amp, if you have the original speakers still in the car they probably have deteriorated? To test the rear speakers take down the lining and locate the +/- connections. Buy a cheap 2" speaker and connect, if you hear sound your stock speakers are blown.
if blown these are the steps you will have to take for the rear in post#2.

This may fix the problem with the steering wheel.

As far as your speedo/cluster try this link for answers, workshop manual for Sc300/400

I would test the speaker, especially if they are stock. The Lexus stock speakers are low quality. Buy a cheap 2inch speaker and hook-up to +/- connection in the back trunk to test if it's the speakers or the amp.

Removal of the (H3 Bulb) fog light bulb
1. Take a couple of bolts off (with tire turned inward, for more access to socket) on the front fender splashguard, pull back and locate(use a flashlight) the casing. The foglight will be enclosed, with a circular plastic cap. Turn it counter clock-wise to open the casing.
2. This will give you access to the bulb and socket. In the casing is a white plastic, the bulbs connection fits snug into the socket. I had to wiggle and tug, until I jarred it loose.
*NOTE* disconnect the wire from the socket before you open the clasp. This keeps the bulb in place and out of your way.
3. To open the clasp, I believe you push down and it will unfasten.
4. When you replace the new halogen bulb don't touch the glass with your fingers, it shorten the life causing it to burn out faster.
License Plate(194/168 Bulb): Just need a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the 2 plastic plates covering the bulbs.

Thanks! We got one off of ebay motors... but now the problem is trying to get the door panel off to replace it! How do we go about removing the inner door panels while the door is closed? Do we have to find a way to open it before removing the panels?
Thanks!
TNES
If you can't open from the outside this might be your problem as well?
http://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-400-300/200819-so-your-door-handle-doesnt-work-diy-w-pics.html
If you do get your door open, these are the steps needed to replace the door handle.

AppleJack, I would go with the 96 the 92 is overpriced for the current market (Kelly Blue Book listed price $7,335) and plus you have excesses parts from your deceased Sc.

Hello all,
I'm having the hardest time trying to find a replacement inner door handle for passenger side. We pull on it too hard and the handle snapped :( Can someone please tell me where I could find another one of these? Thanks so much in advance!

My 92 has finally reach the end of its life. Some suspension problems, instrumentation cluster lighting, climate control display issues, antenna going, rust starting, leather ripping, and finally the timing belt went... I'm holding back the tears (kidding!)
Now, I'm looking to buya 95 SC400 with 220,000km - Is this virtually the same car/engine? If so, I may keep my old one for the spare parts - you know... alternator, power steering pump, radiator, mass flow, headlight, setc etc ....
Let me know if the cars are similar enough and if its worth keeping the old one for spare stuff.... Thanks
AppleJack, That's a BIG YES, let the part conversion begin.

I just bought a 93 SC400 and both side mirrors will not move when you use the try to operate them. I have a second 93 SC400 that has the same problem so it appears to be a common problem with these cars does anyone know what might be causing this? By the way the latest SC400 I just bought is a beauty (4K) it is the green with gold letters but it does not have some of the extras my other SC has like no heated seats and no nakamichi but it does have the multi cd player and it still sounds good does anyone know what brand they put in that year was it BOSE?
dude, Check your fuse box (number 7) on the driver side. If they are not blown it most likely the mirror ECU

Hi folks, just joined this fantastic club and bought my first Lexus being a 1995 SC400 with 177,000 miles on her and only paid $3000. I think is a great deal but the only problem that I have with her is that when I turn on the radio it goes on for only a few seconds and then starts to make a loud clicking sound. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know what is causing it. And how can it be fixed. Thanks for your help.
It could be blown speakers? I check/test the rear speakers before the front, the rear deteriorate due to the sun/heat exposure of the window.
rear process

front process.
It could be this too...Head Unit or Radio climate control knob assy
