Dead Batter. Now Windows Don't Work.

The battery on my '07 IS350 died today. I charged it back and now everything is fine except the windows. From the driver's control I can only roll down the driver's window. I can't roll any others down. But I can roll them down from their own controls. What am I missing?

Run each window copletely down and back up from its own control and then the drivers switch should work them all. It's a reset that has to be done when the battery has been disconnected.
