Shocks and Struts
We have a 2005 ES330 with 142K on the clock. I replaced the strut assemblies with aftermarket parts and we no longer have a smooth, silent ride. I am willing to bite the bullet and do what might be needed to restore it to Lexus like ride and handling. It's smooth at highway speeds, but noisy and not smooth at slow speeds, especially on uneven surfaces. Any suggestions for shocks/struts that will improve the situation would be appreciated.

1997 LS400 steering wheel not moving back and forward but moves up and down? Any solution?
Replace shifter bushing
I have a 2001 rx300 that will not go into any gear. Gear shifter just moves freely but no connection. I think it may be the shifter came unattached from the transmission linkage. I've heard the bushings grow fragile. If that is the case how do I get to the bushing to replace it? Thank you.

2002 ES300 Bucking
INTRO Hi all, I have an ES300, and ever since I got it, the engine starts bucking when it has been running for a while and/or I floor it. THE PROBLEM What specifically happens is when I accelerate, before it shifts into second or third, (it only seems to have problems with these gears) the RPMs spike to 5,500 to 6,000, the car slows way down, the engine seems to buck (it feels like I hit a speed bump going about 30mph). Alan Funk one of the original moderators of this forum is in poor heath. He loved solving problems & helping and talking all things about cars especially his 3 Lexuses ! He has a 2007 ES350 w/Ultra-Luxury Package. w/25,000 miles. Amber Pearl w/Cashmere interior. Its only been serviced by Lexus , parked in a private spot and babied…orginal owner of course! I’m wondering if anyone has interest? I haven’t listed this anywhere else as I felt it would be respectful to him for me to present it to the Lexus Owner Club members first.
