salix7 Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 Hey just registered here, and I have a question about my 1996 ES300. Some air and dirt has over time gotten into my passenger side headlight, and I would like to know an easy way to remove it so I can replace it. The other side still looks brand new, so just the passenger side. Thanks!
SKperformance Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 Heat it in an oven and open it up and claen then reheat to close and apply a silicone bead for extra sealing
zeta Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 sk... i think you scared him away with the oven method... lol. you should know by now not many new guys are in the mood to throw a plastic headlight housing in an oven. :) how's it been around here anyhow? i noticed i've been demoted :P kev
