Headlight warranty

2022 lc500 convertible would like to know if headlight assembly is covered under warranty.Can’t get a straight answer from my dealer.Parts and labor appear to be about $5k.Any feedback greatly appreciated, thanks,Bill

I would imagine most parts of the car are covered by warranty as long as it is not down to damage or wear and tear

Wrong,apparently headlight is considered a wear item

I am shocked if the headlight bulb in a car as new as yours, died. I would not accept no for an answer. Have you tried to take the matter to Lexus corporate?
