Starting problems Sc400

I have a 98 Sc400 Seams to flood out at startup it starts to fire then stops,Other times it starts just fine.I pulled  the plugs and have spark but plugs were wet.The fuel pump seams ok as I here it run?I recently changed the starter and wasn’t having any problem till a few weeks later and have checked for air leaks?Anybody have any answers there are no codes.

I would have the fuel pressure checked as a first step.

As well as checking the fuel pressure then maybe worth swapping out the plugs for a different brand and check the electrode gaps are accurately set
