Audio, Mode, Voice Off on 2011 Lexus GX460

Audio is off on my Lexus 2011 GX-460.  Have checked fuses, disconnected and reconnected battery with no change.  Get no response when pressing Mode and Voice buttons.  The head unit displays "Audio Off".  Navigation is working. Am some distance from nearest Lexus dealer so just searching for suggestions before hitting the road.

Update-after a little research I found out that my amplifier had gone bad. I sent it off to someone in New York (free shipping both ways) and had it back in two days. With a one year warranty. Hooped everything up and all is good to go again. The friendly folks at the Lexus dealership would have charged me $169 diagnostic fee for something I had already diagnosed plus another $1700 for the amp. I am all in for less than $300.

Thank you. Will check. Was under impression that if Amp was bad, I would simply have no sound but at least could power audio on.
