LunaLei55 Posted December 18, 2021 Share Posted December 18, 2021 (edited) So it just started happening 2 days ago, when I'm driving and I hit the brakes, my stereo shuts off. Yet all my lights on my dash come on, when I hit the gas, my stereo comes on and the other lights go off. Initially when this all started, my battery light came on, but I just got a new battery 4 months ago. Today it was slow cranking to start.. I've asked around and no one has any idea besides possible wiring problems. But I've had this car for over 2 years never had a single problem. Please help! RX400h Posted December 18, 2021 Share Posted December 18, 2021 I believe most auto parts stores will check your alternator for free. I'd have that done, first.
