Can't Bluetooth New Phone/'07 RX350

I have an '07 RX 350 & just got the new Samsung S21. The phone refuses to find the car & the car isn't finding the phone. Help!

My previous Samsung phones paired with no problems.

Hi, what you told about the problem and previous phones I think the problem is with your phone and not in car’s system. 
My 2006 RX400h did connect easily with my iP7. 
I hope you solve the problem 😊

My wife has a Samsung S10 and it works perfectly with our Lexus.
