center brakelight 98 Lexus ES 300 Brakelight bulb

Dear fellow Lexus owners, my 98 Lexus ES300 apparently has a burned out  center brake light bulb.  I couldn't figure out how to access it and change it.  Help! JC

I've never owned an ES300 but the high mounted center stop light housing on the 2000 LS400 I used to have was removed by prying up the front edge being careful not to break the springy tabs the hold it down. 

I'll attach two images:  A diagram of the 1998 ES300 stop light and a photo of what the one on my 2000 LS400 looked like.
