I have Dunlop run flats on my 2008 SC430 from the dealer.  I’m not getting good mileage on them and the tires are wearing on the inside tread pattern. What causes tires to wear out on the inside like that. Still have excellent tread on middle to outside but nothing on inside. The dealer says nothing’s wrong with suspension.  Has anyone else experience this?

Hi Bernadette...welcome to the Forum

Usually if the tread is wearing on the inside edge then it is down to the steering geometry being incorrectly set.

Wear on the inside edge of the tread suggests that the steering is set to an excessive 'toe-out' angle (wheels pointing out as it drives forward up the road and scrubbing the inside edge).

The alignment needs to be altered slightly towards a 'toe-in' setting to compensate for this.

These cars need alignment fairly often, front and rear.  It will help your tires a lot.
