Check for power at the motor, when the switch is turned on. I don't remember if there is a relay for it and its own little ecu these cars seem to have lots of them.

Praise the Lord!  I finally got the problem identified and fixed. It was a bent screw in the dr's side arm and a bent wiper blade.   Now works great !!

So then the explanation was not very accurate then. And not electrical in nature, you should have said the wiper motor was running but the wiper on the diverside  was not moving. Glad you got it sorted out.

And for others asking for help, remember with out accurate descriptions of the problems us people trying to help can only guess. We do not see or hear the problems.

The wiper motor was NOT working. I think in hindsight that it was jammed by the wiper blades or the bent bolt.  Thanks for your input though.
