Cylinder Misfires

My Lexus is a 1999 Es300 it has about 87,000 miles and on a cold morning in AZ my engine starting shaking real bad then the light started flashing so I drove only another 2 miles before I turned it off and then later that day I got my computer scanned at auto zone and the codes P0300, P0302, P0303, P0446 all came on so I'm trying to figure out what would cause this does anyone any ideas ?

It sounds like it could be the ignition coil on cylinder no.3
