pj8708 Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 Lexus General Manager for North America talked this week about 2 models needed for Lexus to continue increasing market share. One style would be a sub-compact. The other is a 3 row similar to the RX. It's always good to see Lexus keeping the name moving forward. What I like about it is the steady value our cars maintain when it's time to sell or trade-in. Paul What are your ideas? https://lexusenthusiast.com/2017/01/17/lexus-executive-lineup-needs-subcompact-crossover-three-row-crossover
TrevC Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 Hi Paul The crossover looks awesome but feel it looks just like the C-HR from Toyota...which is fine because thats a great looking vehicle Cheers Trevor
Steve Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 About time they come up with some convertible models.. they have enough SUV's
pj8708 Posted January 19, 2017 Author Posted January 19, 2017 I agree with both o f you. Given the profile of Lexus buyers Its hard to see how a sub-compact could be a success. Are there other luxury brands that try to compete with a Mini Cooper? On the other hand, convertibles draw a base with higher income and Lexus could give Mercedes a run for their money.
