osric59 Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 I recently tried to find out where transmission fluid was leaking from the power steering system of my 1997 ls400. In the process, I accidently disconnected the plug for the inside temp. Reading It reads -22 degrees. I cannot find where it plugs in . I know it's somewhere near the front of the radiator because thats where the electrical cord Is dangling from. Can someone help?
1990LS400 Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 On the 2000 LS400 I used to have, I think I remember that I could see the temperature sensor by looking through the slats of the front bumper cover on the passenger (right) side. I think it is a little cylinder held in place by a bracket.
sha4000 Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 It should be on the bottom of the bumper support bar.
