Korney Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 Okay, trivia..... Lexus says "RC" stands for...... 1, Responsive Coupe; or 2. Radical Coupe; or 3. Racing Coupe?
13IS250C Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 Really Cool? Rocking Car? How about IS? Insanely Sexy!
pj8708 Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 OK,.....As I'm thinking about the correct answer, I started thinking about some of the other Lexus designations. For example, I know that the "S" in LS,ES means sedan. That's not to hard to find in the Lexus website. But, what the heck does "NX" stand for? Paul

Paul According to Wikipedia it stands for "Nimble Crossover"
pj8708 Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Well...........I'm sure we could work with that, but just to get a reality check, I sent an email to Lexus Corp customer service explaining our questions and asking for a list of each models designation and what they mean. Any bets on whether I get a response?? Paul
Korney Posted March 19, 2016 Author Posted March 19, 2016 Paul - great idea in sending that e-mail to Lexus Customer Service! If they provide insights and/or the list, please share it here! Thanks.
pj8708 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Hi Glenn, I did get a response from Lexus and I posted it in the "General Chat" forum. Some of the names are way out there. Paul
