Well probably but let me suggest how to deal with the problem. If the rotors get overheated, they warp. How much they warp determines how much wobble. Now that your rotors aren't flat anymore, when you apply brake pressure and the caliper pistons push the brake pads against the rotors, the flex in the rotor doesn't let the pads press smoothly against the spinning rotor and it makes your brake pedal shudder. Not really dangerous but really annoying depending on the severity of the warpage. 

Now the good news, Rotors are pretty inexpensive and not hard to install. I would make sure to install new brake pads. Like everything else, you do get what you pay for. Aftermarket rotors and pads are abundant however, the Aisin are what you want. Try to see if there is a Bap Geon store near you as they are they best place to find such parts at a good price.
