This is a rare look into how and why Lexus decides how many models to make and in what quantities. Surprisingly, it has a lot to do not only with sales and growth, but making sure people think luxury and reliability when they hear the Lexus name. I think this is an interesting look at the luxury world of Lexus. What do you think? Do you agree or disagree with the philosophy.
