Replacing MAF sensors is expensive stuff..

I suggest you carefully remove it and clean it by spraying carb cleaner or throttle body cleaner, letting it dry and re-installing it again.

Watch out for the hot wire inside the sensor if you damage it the sensor's toast.

MAF sensors don't brake down as often as people think, they just require periodic cleaning.

I clean mine every 50000 km
