Passenger Side Ac Not Blowing Cold....i Have Already Changed The Ac Se

Hi,

I'm having issues with the passenger side AC not blowing cold....I have already replace a brand new AC server damper for the passenger side and the issue has not been resolved. Driver side is still ice cold. Any ideas?

keep swapping theres 4 total.. two each side..
