This review from the Wallstreet Journal's auto correspondent predicts the IS F will become a collectors item for the incredible forward engineering and advanced performance.

Now, the question is, will there be a new IS F in 2014?

I might be dead before the IS-F truly becomes a collectors item, but the potential is certainly there for some degree of collectability.

So maybe the RC-F is the "replacement". Although more horsepower plus more weight results in a car that is no faster than the original IS-F.

seems like with more weight, it would also be slower.

Not the case with substantial compensating horsepower increase, as I mentioned in post #3 regarding RC-F.

(I think it was C&D instrumented testing results of previous iS-F and new RC-F and their recent review that I was referring to)
