BearenJewden
Hey guys, I'm a relative rook when it comes to repair work on my new lexus es300. My Passenger lowbeam just went out and from what i understand, its part of the HID option. I tried replacing bulb, fuses and anything else i could to avoid having to buy the ballast/whole new headlight, but nothing worked. I just got my ballast in and cannot figure out how to remove the headlight to get at the ballast...any help would be greatly appreciated. cduluk
You need to remove the headlight from the car via the bumper. Then unscrew the ballast cover on the bottom and replace the ballast. Here is a picture to show where the ballast is. It's the big silver rectangular prism.
