SW03ES Posted March 28, 2004 Posted March 28, 2004 It may not be possible to remove that scratch from the B pillar (thats the pillar between the front and rear doors. Thats paint but it has a matte finish and it isn't condusive to polishing. I'd hit it with some Meguiars Scratch X and a coat of wax and see how it looks. As for the scratches in the rear, can you post a picture of them? Can you feel them with your fingernail?
GSsoldier Posted March 28, 2004 Author Posted March 28, 2004 here is the requested picture hopefully it helps
GSsoldier Posted March 28, 2004 Author Posted March 28, 2004 which also brings me to another question.... How do i fix my tailpipe?? AHH
SW03ES Posted March 28, 2004 Posted March 28, 2004 That could be one of two things. 1. Someone at some point backed into a parking space and hit the parking curb. 2. At some point someone rear ended the car lightly. You may be able to make that look better but I doubt it will come out. Can you feel them with your fingernail? As for the tailpipe, Eagle One Nevr Dull wadding polish will clean it up B)
GSsoldier Posted March 28, 2004 Author Posted March 28, 2004 ye i can it seems pretty deep is it possible to retouch up with paint? and if u look close the tailpipe is a lil dented is there a way to fix that?
SW03ES Posted March 29, 2004 Posted March 29, 2004 Touchup paint will probably make it look a lot worse than it does now. You might want to try seeing if a bumper touchup place will have a go at it, but thats gonna cost $$. As for the tailpipe, the chrome tip comes off and is replaceable...
GSsoldier Posted March 29, 2004 Author Posted March 29, 2004 ahh thanks soo much for the info going to try and get everything fixed soon thanks agian u been loads of help thanks
