Check Engine Light, Vsc Light Blinking, Traction Control Light On

I have a 2008 RX350. Today while my wife was coming home from work, the check engine light came on, alongh with the traction control is off light and the VCS light is flashing. I took it up to O'Rielly's to get them to pull the code. The codes pulled up - P2195 & P0138 - O2 circuit High Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor #2). How hard are these to change on these particular vehicles? I have always done all my mechanic work on my vehicles (but of course my trucks have had 6 wires running thru the dash). These vehicles seem greek to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.
