Retrofitting Heated/cooled Seats Is250

Does anyone have a source for the parts to retrofit a SI250 with heated/cooled seats?

And I'd like the members' thoughts on doing this.

I can't imagine that the cost of this is worth it. I've seen this question asked before (check ClubLexus too), and I've never seen someone say they've actually done it.
