Yellowlab76
Hi guys, I have a 2009 Pebble Beach RX350. Today, I started my car to leave work and noticed the screen that normally shows the radio stations was blank. The radio did work, and I could control it from the steering wheel, but nothing on the console worked at all. The screen is blank, the function buttons (FM, AM, CD, and Tape) do not work. I can't eject a CD or change the radio station from that middle piece. Nor can I turn the power off using the volume knob. Any suggestions? Could it be a breaker? I'm hoping to find an at-home solution so I don't have to have someone take that whole piece out and charge me a fortune. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you! jetfixer01
standard radio or Mark Levinson?
Yellowlab76
Hi jetfixer01, it's the Pebble Beach RX, so I think it's the Mark Levinson system.
jetfixer01
I don't know if all PB editions came with the Mark Levinson system or not. It you have that system, it will have the name Mark Levinson on the faceplate of the radio. Here's the service manual info on the radio system. You may just have a fuse blown. The radios have a built-in diagnostic of their own also. Hope this helps. entertainment.pdf
