Car Model, 2008 RX400H, 43k Miles

Went to the dealership with several issues:

1. Side Mirror buttons back light, Gas Cap button back lightmand Seat Setting back lights do not illuminate.
I was told by the dealership all RX models are built the same and none should illuminate. However I recall correctly, these lights did come on before. I have gone to two different dealerships and both are saying None of the three back lights come on.
Can someone please confirm with the similar Model if back light should illuminatefor these three?

2. Break Squeaking

I had this fixed by the dealership a year ago, about. When I Break really fast or Hard, breaks are making a squeak with water bubble kind of sound again. I got this fixed the 2nd time, it is still doing the same thing. Has anyone else experienced this.

3. Steering Wheel making louder grinding noise when it goes in and out when turning the car off/on. I inquired why it is louder, i was told it is normal wear and tear

4. Gas Cap Button responding with 1 or 2 delay. They said spring was replaced, but button is still responding with a delay.

5. The Biggest: Check Engine Light on.

Went to first dealership, twice, at first they couldn't find out why it was coming on, then they said it was due to I need to change my tires. So they reset the light to make it go away and was informed to have the tires changed

Light came back on again. went to a different dealership, they informed there was a misfire causing the Check Engine light to come on. They 'fixed' the issue and said, something in engine/engine part was dirty due to using regular fuel, which I have only used premium fuel since owning the car at 10600 miles.

6. Oil Change:
Got the car back, and opened the trunk two days later and come to find out there are Five leads to different parts under the hood with bunch of screws that are left behind in my trunk. Wondering if this could have cause any damage to any of those open parts? I cant tell where these five leads belong. They all are quite large, at least a foot and more in size width and length.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to address this properly with Lexus Customer Service and the Dealership?

At this point I am more concerned about Parts not having their leads under the hood for couple of days and having driven around with a wrong diagnostic for Check Engine Light that was done the first time for check engine light. Could that have caused any harm to the engine or its other counterparts?

Any suggestions and answers would be greatly appreciated!

The Side Mirror buttons, Gas Cap button and Seat Setting buttons are NOT back-lit on the 04-09 Rx models. I wish they were!

I've also experienced the 1-2 second "delay" while hitting the gas cover button, and someone's previously explained the purpose (for which i still do not understand). Sometimes it has a delay, sometimes it doesn't. I don't get it either.

The other issues i haven't experienced.

The manual talks about the gas gap delay - it's by design, to reduce pressure/vapor build-up in the fuel tank.

Thank you for your response, wondering if you can recommend new tires for the car? replacing all at once? where do you get them changed? I am thinking not dealership!?

I normally go to Discount Tire, although I have ordered tires from Tirerack.com and had them installed at one of their recommended installers. I have Yokohama Parada-X and they have been stellar tires for many thousands of miles, so far.

Brake squeaking can sometimes be fixed by disassembling the pads and applying anti-squealing grease to the back of each pad.

Regarding the disconnected leads: I'd have the dealership tow your car back to reconnect the leads. After they do, try to find a more competent dealership or repair shop.
