Rx 300 Navigation System After Market?

Can someone please tell me if it's possible to install an after market nav system w/o looking horrible??

If so, can you please direct me where to go and what to look for.

I have an '03 RX 300.

well you would most likely need to have at least an add-on component, that links to a new screen, since the old screen might be locked by Lexus for add-on's. or you would have to build a whole new center console. i don't think there's really much you can do without the need to do extra modification.

Could you not get one from a wrecked RX 300? I would like to have the nav system too. I bought mine at an auction and it did't have that option installed, if I can find the system I'm sure it could be put in. A salvage yard might be a good place to start looking in fact I've made several inquires to Salvage Yards that sell mostly Lexus stuff.
