2013 Is250 Personalized Settings

I'm a newbie and forgive me if this has been asked and answered but I didn't find it with a search.

l just picked up a 2013 IS250 F-Sport and was told at the dealership that the personalized settings can only be changed with special equipment at the dealership. Is that true? I'd really like to prevent the doors from unlocking automatically and don't want to schlep to the dealership for something that should be relatively minor if I don't have to.

Yes we have to create your personalized settings. You should have received a list of everything we can change and you can select to your liking. This can normally be accomplished during your 1 K service or 5K services both which are no cost to you.our diagnostic equipment is used to do customization.
