cjccmc Posted October 6, 2012 Posted October 6, 2012 Went to my neighborhood dealership today, a week before my 4 yr warranty expires. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Someone there to meet you right when you drive up. I had only one consistent problem, pulsing of brake pedal and some shaking in front wheels when braking. Dealer put in new front pads and turned the warped rotors to fix this. Gave me an RX 350 as loaner for the day. When I picked up the car they had washed it AND added 10 gallons of gas to completely fill my tank! Gotta love that!

lenore Posted December 11, 2012 Posted December 11, 2012 My Roseville dealer has been terrible, but the Toyota dealership in the same auto mall has treated me fantastic...Yea Toyota. They have even given me huge markdowns on parts for my Lexus RX400H. They will continue to be my dealer of choice...
