YungNu Posted August 5, 2012 Share Posted August 5, 2012 Ok, at first , my car runs hot very fast. So i bust my radiator, bought a new one, new thermostat, so i cant fiugure out what the problem is. I finally saw that the cooling fans werent set up, i checked all the fuses, and that wasnt the problem,, so what could it be ? AND I PUT 20 WORTH REGULAR GAS, BUT IM GOING TO DRAIN THAT OUT AS SOON AS IT STARTS UP !~ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
UCF3 Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 Okay, I've got to ask. when you say the car's overheating what do you mean? is the thermostat showing above average radiator reading or is steam coming out? I know on my SC300 I did a complete radiator flush. This can clean out any gunk and air pockets that's still in the system. I mentioned a few other checks on another post.
